How do you feel when you lack sleep?

After 12-hour journey during the night, I felt uncomfortable; not exactly ill due to not sleeping or lacking sleep. I was wrong about not sleeping during the trip by ship. I should have rented a sleeping room provided in the ferry. At least could have lied down for 2 hours or so + 2 hours' sleep in the bus. Luckily I took traditional medicine before, during, and after the trip. It helped a little bit to stay awake during working hours. However tiredness and discomfort feeling still attacked me and it will be over after having a normal sleep later this evening. How do you cope with lack of sleep?

There is not a lot I can do. I do my best to keep awake and reach the evening and have a good night of sleep.

I didn't reach the evening, so I had no time to sleep unless it was a holiday.

I don't really do well, if I don't sleep well. I'll admit that I am a bit grumpy. I don't get as much accomplished.

In addition to what you mentioned, I have a slight headache. This can be cured by sleeping well to night.

Well, there is no substitute to sleep... You lack sleep, you need to take sleep.... No other way

For lack of sleep the person becomes uneasy, drowsy. He couldn't concentrate while working. He needs to take a power nap. Then recover his lack of sleep during night time.

I feel so drowsy every time that I'm lack of sleep and easily irritated
