Days ago I made a post about how incompetent the technicians are when they refused to fix my signal problem. Instead they propose me to upgrade my subscription which I turn down.
Yesterday, I meddled with the wires and reroute them to another location. Well, guess what? it worked. Turns out I was right that those damn construction workers messed with it while fixing the gutter.
But somehow all that ruckus would have been avoided if I had told them to just change the cable wires and see what happens
.
Now, Grandma is happy that all the channels are back specially her favorite despite that she was worried about me getting electrocuted.

I understand what you are saying about some technicians. When I had cable here the technicians were worthless and would never help me nor listen to what the problem was. They took the easy way out and just gave me a new box and so the problem never got fixed. I am so glad you could fix your problem. I do not understand it.
