What's for dinner? June 24

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
I'm making one of my favorite meatloaf recipes except with ground turkey instead of ground beef. You make mini-meatloaves that are like big meatballs and they are topped with a phenomenal tomato glaze. To go with it I'm going to make buttermilk mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli with fresh lemon zest.
I've got the vegetables for the meatloaves finely chopped and cooking in a saute pan. That's why I'm already thinking about dinner.
That's what is happening here. What are YOUR plans for dinner this evening? Do tell!

The meatloaves sound good...as do the potatoes. I made taco meat....and just had that without a low carb tortilla tonight.

I don’t know what’s is for dinner tonight. I have one child sick, and two going a mile a minute and my husband took off of work tonight. I guess it’s goig to be one of those nights where the big kids eat whatever, the little soup because he has a fever and don’t want him getting and upset stomach. Then I guess me and him can wing it.
Tomorrow I’ll cook pasta or breakfast for dinner since we have a lot of breakfast food

i get so confused, lol. fer me, dinner 'tis noonish 'n supper'd be the last meal 'f the day. that bein' said, i grilled me a salmon steak 'n fixed a mixed salad (diff'rent lettuces 'n fruits). i need to try that sauce out.
