That was my situation tonight as I came home and had a cup of coffee and then took a nap. I woke up with my hubby knocking on the door asking me to please open the door. Ooops
I scrambled and fixed a breakfast plate for both of us. It made hubby happy and I enjoyed it also.
I made some grits, fried eggs and sauteed some smoked sausage. It was a nice change of pace.
What do you cook when you do breakfast for dinner?

Usually pancakes. I had a bowl of butternut squash soup for my main meal today.

@LindaOHio Would be fine if he ate 2 or 3, but he will stack them up to 7 or 8 and sometimes have seconds. I need to insist on a diet for him.

Breakfast for dinner is usually sausage, scrambled eggs, and toast =) Sometimes bacon if we have it on hand.

i do not eat eggs only for baking purposes so for me it would be biscuits or pancakes with beef sausage and cheese or bacon grits or oatmeal for me with bananas and cranbeerries and nuts.

Eggs with other things. Like hash. Or eggs, ham and hash browns. Fruit and yogurt is always good as well.
