The latest Life in Pieces episode ...hit close to home

Don't know if anyone here watches the series Life in Pieces but it is hilarious. It's about this big family that sticks together over everything and in this episode it got bigger. Reminded me of my dad.
Seems John just found out he has a brother his dad just revealed from another mother. But he soon finds out he has a couple more by more mothers from his dad. 
Seems he really got around.
I had to laugh as how close to home it hit. I remember when I was 32 yrs. (long time back) and found out I had an older brother dad had never mentioned. A few days later I found out I had a sister also by even another woman he had been with. I said to him, my dad, " How am I supposed to know if one of my kids accidently marries family and has deformed kids from it ?" 
His reply was " Ask me and I will let you know "
This is not safe, as he died shortly after that when kids were still small. 
Luckily, so far there was no problem with it. 
Anyone worried over that ? Anyone watch Life in Pieces ?

I haven't seen the show, but it would be sad to think your father slept around so much and you have siblings you don't know about.
Love the picture. There are times I could do that here when the inside feels like an oven when I get in the car.

He was a good father to me but a terrible husband I guess. After years many of them, I finally understood why mom divorced him.
yes I guess that would be the answer to cool cars if it didn;t look so bad. When I lived in AZ it got so hot one time that while I worked, my car sitting out in the sun, the back view mirror over the dash fell off.

I have not watched it. My husband kind of wonders if it could happen to him. It is a long story I can't get into here.

gigglin' o'er the pic, lol. desperate times call fer desperate measures i reckon? no ma'am, don't watch the show,'n fact, this'd be the 1st i've heard 'f such.
i don't worry 'bout such. kinda does make ya wonder 'bout all those folks that've 'been 'dopted prior to the 'open' times where such can now be researched'n parents found.

@crazyhorseladycx I was too. been many years ago. Seems that guy killed out his own direct blood line as I heard later because of his condition the male never married nor did the girl. all sad. This was way back in my teens I had first met that lady . so obviously all gone now.

My family is so far flung /spaced out in different areas now it no longer matters I guess. plus whos to know any more. seems we are all related to a degree

Well my old man never got around like that as far as I know. But you're right. It would be creepy to find out you're marrying your brother or your sister. Perhaps people who plan to marry should take DNA tests. Sometimes parents have outside kids and don't even know it. Sometimes people donate sperm. There are all kinds of scenarios. Chuck Norris had a daughter and didn't find out until she was grown. The woman didn't tell him!

I know. at this point in time at least there are ways of finding out before hand I guess. Back when I found out about dad doing this, there were no ways of telling unless someone knew and told you.

its back on with a new season It covers such a variety of subjects you might still like it.
