Does your pharmacy offer a rewards program?

I am part of a rewards program at my pharmacy. You earn points there when you shop and once you accumulate enough points you can redeem them when you buy something.
I got an email a few days ago that my almost 4,000 points are going to expire July 1st and that I should hurry up and buy something before they are gone. If I make a purchase at the pharmacy I will be able to get $3 off.
I figure I will just let those points expire. I don't really need anything and to buy something just for the sake of using that discount makes no sense to me. In the end I will be spending less money by not buying anything.

Yes I shop at Walgreens and CVS. They have reward programs there. :)

@lovebuglena I have about $30 in bonus points at Walgreens. This week they have an amazing deal if you have Netflix, Buy 2 gift cards $15 each) = $30, get a $10 Walgreens.
I use Netflix and will use those gift cards toward monthly payment.

I have a couple of reward cards but rarely use them. I don't do enough shopping to be worth worrying about rewards, points, etc.

We have pharmacies that do have a reward program; but our pharmacy is in the Giant Eagle Supermarket. They have a perks program for gas or groceries. All grocery and pharmacy purchases go toward the perks program. You can get a % off groceries or get gas at a reduced price. For example, my husband filled up the gas tank plus two gas cans for around $3.
