Happy Canada Day / myLot

I would like to wish a Happy Canada Day, or to those of you in Quebec - Fête du déménagement, to our neighbors to the north. As we are all aware, today starts a new month and a new challenge to fill one's bank here at myLot. Has anyone set a primary, secondary, tertiary, and perhaps even quaternary goal for this month's earning? @TheHorse? I hope July starts well, goes well, and ends well for all.

We are entering the phase of summer where the daily forecast could be a recording. "Today will be hazy, hot, and humid with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms."

I have hard of the "Jour of déménagement", this is the same in France, most leases of rented properties end on June 30th. Our Friend in France moved last week and gave back the keys today.

It didn't surprise me to learn the Quebecois felt the need to do things out of sync with the rest of Canada. They are still upset about England winning the Seven Years War and gaining control of Canada.

@DWDavis I think that they prefer to be called "Québécois ".

Even speaking a perfect French is pretty hard to understand their pronunciation. We have some friends in Quebec and I when they visited us in the south of France it was not always easy to communicate.
