What I Did Today 7/3/19

In the morning I worked on MyLot and the other social site that I belong to. Every 3 months I go to a doctor who is about a 70-minute round-trip away. Since we normally are not in that area, and Texas Roadhouse is right down the street, we always go there after the appointment. I had my usual Chicken Critters dinner; and it was good except that the chicken was very salty. I had a salad, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables and their special rolls with cinnamon butter. I had a Diet Coke with an orange slice; and it tasted so good after being out in the heat and humidity. So that was my "exciting" day. What did you do today? Did you have anything special for dinner? Sorry you had to go to a doctor that is so far away! That's good that you got to go to that restaurant after though. I've never been to a Texas Roadhouse. You didn't explain it as meh, so hoping the meal was good (besides the chicken being salty). I had a burger from one of the food booths in town during the concert.

Mmm. I like Texas Roadhouse. Hardly ever eat there, but then we rarely eat out, but when we do have it occasionally it is always good. Seems like a long drive to the doctor...but I guess you have to do what you have to do.

We stayed in the house because of the heat and humidity. I did a little writing, a little reading, and a little cross stitching. The hubby would go outside and work in the yard for a small period of tie, come back in to cool off for a while, and cleaned the screened in porch of all his tools and such.

I sat in a clinic all day but its the cancer clinic so that is why, we had nothing but a bland chicken sandwich that we split because it was that big.
