Do you wake up at the same time everyday?

My body clock changes almost every week. I struggled to get out of bed today and I'm a life-begins-after-coffee type but my usual two mugs didn't help much. I managed to move around my apartment 5hrs later though. How's your day going? Mine's a bit rattling cause we just had an earthquake. Stay safe today, everyone! And may your coffee be strong and your day be better than yesterday.

I used to set a crazy number of alarms just so I won’t be late for school or for work. I couldn’t wake up without it vibrating under my pillow.

It's halfway through the week now so I have adjusted. I get up at 6:45 on weekdays and on weekends whenever my son wakes up which is usually about 7.

I used to have that schedule when I was still in school. I always had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning.

Hi Joy, better don't drink at bed time. You'll struggle to sleep. Better drink milk before going to bed. I usually wake up 4 during work days but during vacation I wake up 8 in the morning .

All my life I have had trouble with sleep regularly. Sometime I get on a schedule and stay there for a while, but it never seems to last.

I used to have a consistent sleeping schedule back when I was still working corporate. There are advantages and disadvantages and I'm getting used to it.

For the most part I do, in fact, get up around the same time every day, around 5am. On occasion on the weekends I might sleep in a bit, but it's usually more just laying there than actually sleeping.

Yes on weekdays, i would automativally wake up at 5:00 even before my phone alarm would go off. Ha ha ha Though, i can condition myself to wake up later on a weekday if i wasn't able to sleep earlier the night before becoz i can't force myself to sleep early, that night. I would have my alarm at 6 am also and forgo of my exercise and eat hurriedly so i will still be on time for work.
