The rotational service water interruption in our area is official until further notice. That means we will not have water supply daily from 12:00 noon to 2:00 am. I thought yesterday was a one day interruption but today, they released an announcement saying it will be everyday and until the water level in the dam will increase, then that will be the time the water supply will be back. But the water was so dirty this morning that you cannot even use it in flushing the toilet. I still have some water stock for a day or two but I want to refill the containers without water. It is hard not to have water supply.

So many hours without water? This is a serious problem during the hot season.

@rakski Be careful if the water is not clear, boil it before drinking and try to filter it.

@LadyDuck we do not use it for drinking. We buy mineral water. Years ago, I drink water from the faucet. I cannot remember when we start buying mineral water because of the same problem that the water from the faucet is dirty

That’s not good. I really hope there will be no power outages until it gets resolved cause that’s gonna be a double disaster for sure.

That would be awful. Humans can't live without some water. I hope the water supply increases soon.

@JudyEv, that's because of the long drought, all dams sources for water suppliers reached to their critical levels. This time the levels are almost normal due to successive rains from storms.

That was what I was concerned after I see our weather has become hot and sunny again and the rains just stopped. I was thinking that the water disruptions will be implemented again.

We are also suffering from water interruptions, but we are not that worried because there is a water pump in a few blocks away.

We also have the same in Cagayan de Oro almost twice a week for about 10 hours. Let's just stock water.
