Not worth watching

I was a bit busy at work and kept trying to get to my notifications and I just now finished getting through them all.
Last night I watched A Star is Born with Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga. It's not the typical movie I watch but I thought I would give it a try and see what all the hype was about this movie. It was called one of the top 10 movies of 2018 with 5 Golden Globe nominations and 8 Academy Award nominations. I get that I am not the demographic they are going after but I didn't see what was so great about this movie.
I felt it was typical Hollywood pushing their agenda and not a whole lot more. The acting was alright at best and the story was predictable. Certainly not something I would recommend and certainly wouldn't watch it again.
Well much to do around the house tonight, hope you all have a good night.

I saw the the Barbara Streisand version when I was in high school. Not sure if I'll see the new version.

@Bensen32 I think that Judy Garland was in the original. I haven't seen it.

A pointless remake of a remake of a remake.

My late mom always thought motion pictures that have more Academy Awards that could fill a room are not that good in the first place. The one motion picture that was an Oscar winner that was good was "Rocky" in 1976.

Not my cup of tea. I like action, suspense and mystery.

Do you still want to know it.
I don't know if it airs in English language too
