To have a stable job is worry free because you will have a income also that you can enjoy every pay day right and it can make us feel secure in so many ways as long as we can still make it to work. There are plenty of job that we can see in the newspaper or internet so that we can apply if we want to or if we have experience for the said position of what they offered.Just like call center jobs.I saw an add that they need 50 people to apply but I wonder why they always hire if it pays real good money to the workers! Have you tried to work as a call center agent mylotters?Because I don't have any idea about working in a BPO and I think it is not hard but I just am thinking how it is to work in that firm.I found one and it says all you need to do is copy and paste and it is a home based job but it is about insurance. What do you think.Happy weekend everyone.Have a blessed day to all.

No, I never worked in a call center, I do not know if there are some in my country, they move those operations in countries where the wages are low.

Yes I did but I didn't last. I hated the outgoing stuff because you are forced to make a quota so i prefer the inbound. But i did not last that long.

I would never work at a call center and don't know of any around here. I doubt the wages are high enough for a decent living. I used my college education and graduate degrees for a high paying teaching career.

I have think of applied for call center agent too in the pass since the company do not required working experience and training will be provided. I have read through the job review and someone said it is a tired job and you might be getting customer scolding you. KPI will be set for each agent to have have answer all inquiries in certain time and also the number of call per day an agent has to answer. Thus it is a tired job as yo cannot move around and sit on the chair with computer and eye phone for the whole working session. I guess there is an hour of rest time given. For the copy and paste job, not sure if it is a scam job. Just be aware that if a job require payment in advance then wait for the leader to distribute the job then highly it is a scam job. They just want your money and will not reply you later.

Yes, I have worked in a call center. It isn't always the easiest thing to do, but it did help pay the bills.

Yes. I worked from 2007 to 2013, then has been working in BPO for more than 6 years now. I think there is that copying and pasting, maybe there is, but I'm sure the salary for that kind of job is very low.

I haven't but my mom has. At the time they used switch boards which you had to answer all of the lines, keeping no one on hold for too long. Not sure how they do things now. She wasn't allowed to leave the switch board unless on lunch break. She got hung up on constantly, and sometimes cursed at. It was harder than most think.

I worked for the BPO industry for a very long time. Although it pays well, the stress you will have to take every day seems to be more than what you earn. That's why I quit and focused on being a Freelancer.

I have never been part of any ! but I do know from some of my acquaintance that they need to achieve the target by calling and responding based on the task given to them. It seems, they need to work in shifts

I don't enjoy talking to strangers on the phone so a call center agent would not be a job that would interest me. Good luck with your job search.

Yes, I’ve been a call center agent for 5 years, since 2009 up to 2013. Working in a BPO is okay as long as you can keep up with stress.

I have never worked as call centre agent. But for sure working at BPO is quite in demand. And they have a huge population working there all around the work. Hope you get the job.
