When the boss isn’t happy with me

I’m in a situation where I’m not very happy with my boss.
She recruited me, but lately, she’s been picking on me for little things just because when she was away, I asked the other boss for a 2 weeks leave and it was granted. When my direct boss got back, she wasn’t happy that I asked for leave and was granted while she was away. Ever since, she’s been really catty.
I hope it will pass.
Aside from that, I’m happy with my work, the other people are fabulous and I just love what I do.

My boss is fair, but is so busy she doesn't have a lot of time to talk about things.

Boss are always not happen for unknown reason. Some are bad in negotiating and height of their ego are non negotiable. But i think it will good idea to communicate with her properly instead of pleasing her.. Hope it will passed soon. All the best

That's a shame your boss has taken that attitude. Had she refused your request for leave before she went off on leave?

One of the reason why I end up my five years contract with my previous company, I am not happy with my Boss who think of us are animals. If we did not hit the target we can’t avail of the leave they promise us. That’s why most agent goes for sick leave.

I guess she was a bit disappointed. I don't have a boss. I am the boss. When I am away, I actually expect my most trusted employee to take over. Maybe she thought you took advantage of the situation that she was away and you also took a leave. So I guess, she had high expectation from you and just got disappointed. But I could be wrong.
It's just that I felt the same way when one of my employees would do that when I'm away.
