Roses in Kashmir

Roses were picked up from the wild just like any other flower and yet they have a pride of place in any garden. When there are no roses blooming the plant does not look good at all Garden experts recommend that the rose patch is never in the centre of a garden. In Kashmir they still grow wild as the climate there is just right for them. Gardeners there do not pay much attention to them but offer them for sale. When we visited Kashmir I remember plucking a few roses from the wayside that helped me celebrate my husband's birthday. .

A well trimmed rose bush can look nice. But they take a lot of work for that.

That is a nice bunch of roses in there. That is really nice when you see them bloom at the same time and not one at a time.
