I bought some wool.

There is such a thing as wool buying addiction, friends. Today I went to buy some wool (just enough to knit a small woolen hat) an I came out with 4 100 gr balls of different colored wool. The question is, will I make 4 hats for me? will I knit some for my granddaughters? I´m watching TV while Some artichokes are boiling in the kitchen. Then I will make a very small amount of mayo (just for the artichokes) and will start knitting. I can´t wait. Do you knit?

Wow...my mother loves to knit as well. I know the basic but can't do it whole on my own.

I do knit, and crochet and spin yarn and do a little embroidery--I want to learn how to do bobbin lace. So I am looking for some inexpensive bobbins right now--and finishing up a vegetable bag out of string to put my veggies in--and I have waaaay too much yarn

@marguicha Mine aren't either! I am thinking about getting one of those magnifiers on a lit stand so that I can see better

It seems that winter and knitting go together.

@marguicha I remember that my mother used to knit sitting under the beach umbrella. I never did during summer.

I can knit but I much prefer to crochet. Knitting 'grows' too slowly for me. I'm looking forward to seeing your hat.
