Big Thanks to my Hubby

My hubby agreed to go to my mother's house today to help get the cedar robe out of the storage POD and also put the new bed frame together for her bed. I really think we could have managed the cedar robe but he managed it just fine mostly by himself. I did have to go to the neighbor's house and borrow a dolly. The dolly that my brother had there under the carport had flat tires.
We have her bed all set up now. Got the new mattress inside too and on the bed. Next is to get linens washed and/or bought and on the beds.
Hubby also measured all the windows today so we can order some blinds or get in-store. This is going to be a chore because I know she is going to faint when she sees the prices. I'm planning on showing her online first to see exactly what she wants, but from what she describes this is going to be a biggie.
I need to do a grocery shopping for her too. And last, but not least get my stuff together that I will need to stay over for a few days/week whatever. I also have to get Christy moved in.
It's all coming together and still no word from the brother, but I do have to call him and let him know the POD is going away on Wednesday and he needs to get their junk out of there. Not my job.
I hope everyone had a nice Sunday. I'm tired but nothing like the previous days this week. I'm ready for bed but going to try to do some MyLot notifications first.

It sounds like a major lot of things to do. I am embarrassed that I do not know what all of this is about, but may show up in some of your older posts, just to find out.

Sounds like things are going good there. Hope your brother gets his things and just leaves.

I hope your brother can remove his stuff without causing any other problems. Sounds like things are coming together for your mother.

@crazyhorseladycx I'm going to try to talk this out with my mom over the weekend. She needs to prepare for all the ways he *could* respond and plan on her reaction.
