Moving update

I am waiting on the Landlord. Never realised an Assurred Shorthold Tennancy ties you into a lease for a whole year, but hopefully, all will be well and we can come to some arrangement. I hope so as the move to the chalet may also come with some work where I get to manage the retreat. Still details to iron out on that but I think it would work. Just now it is all about getting ready to move. I gave away 60 novels and today I plan to get rid of the old coffee maker and want to get all the shoes I don't wear to the clothing bank. I am also trying to win a war getting the garden back to how it was when I came. This involves cuttng down a huge budliea and getting rid of all the branches. There is so much to do and I need to upload the final version of my book and get that on sale. Busy, busy, busy, but my grandson is staying so we are at the park and out a lot too.

folks usually frown 'pon breakin' a lease. hope ya don't wind'p with fees fer such. movin' to a chalet sure sounds magical 'n i've fingers crossed such comes to be.
'tis a shame that budliea 's to be cut down :(
