My Mocha Keto Chow Arrived Today!

After trying all the flavors, I was out of my shakes for a few days.
I have an amazing friend who ordered me a bag of the Keto Chow; enough for 21 meals/days!
I am excited to go home and prepare a shake for tomorrow :)
I am thinking to order chocolate next, and try to add some of the flavors I have at home to make some more tasty options.
Just sharing because I am excited to have my shakes back!

@hillhjill For sure, chocolate is delicious and I can add other flavors to make it more than just chocolate if I want...and that is good....mocha is awesome!

I am glad too, although my blood sugar was 120 after the first one (but it did go down from my fasting number)
