No doubt, you've heard that expression where someone tells someone else that they are filled to capacity with fecal material. Heck, you've probably thought it about me!
So, how much, exactly, is full when you say someone is "full of it-shay"?
In my case, a little under six pounds.
Yesterday, before I began my colonoscopy prep, I weighed myself.
This morning there was 5.6 pounds less.
So now you know. And I know you wanted to know.

What a crock of sh*t! 
I have wondered how full of it I was, I have weighed since my last movement and I was just down 6 ounce. Deep sigh. I want to be 5 pounds lighter!!!!!

I recommend diet and exercise, NOT a bottle of Miralax in half a gallon of Gatorade.
