Am I at puberty?

For a few days now, tiny pimples have been appearing on my face, more precisely on my chin. I don't know what's going on. I changed my face cream and toner for face wash, but for a couple of days I didn't use them to find out if that was the reason. I've never had pimples, not even at puberty. I don't know what the reason is, but it's starting to annoy me. Sometimes pimples are said to be an indicator of some diseases. What do you think?

Stress has always been a reason for pimples to pop up, or even if you change anything from the medican that you take can cause them.

@Nevena83 being stressed can most definitely do it.

@hillhjill But it's weird because it's never happened to me before.

It could be something you eat, or even a skin care you use.

I'm not sure yet, but I think the reason is my new skin care.

@Nevena83 It is very possible, I had to throw a skin cleaner because it gave me problems.

@LadyDuck Some time ago I bought a face mask from the same brand with the same ingredients and the mask suited me, but it does not seem to be my face cleanser. I didn't wash up with him yesterday and my face is a little better.

New skin care products can cause pimples. I would avoid the face cream and toner for a while (more than a few days), and see what happens. It could also be stress or hormonal changes.

@Nevena83 I hope you find out what causes them. I don't get them very often, but I did when I was younger.

Yes, I will try to put them out of use to see if they are the reason. It never happened to me and I'm really surprised.

Do you think it's about hormones? Could I clean my bowels somehow and soothe my skin?

Stress can also cause pimples. Or oily skin. Do you have oily skin? Or are you stressed out?

Yes, I have normal to fat T zone, but I always have, that's not the reason. Yes, I've been stressed lately, but I'm not sure that's the reason. Something happened, but I don't know what.

@Nevena83 Did you eat something different that could have brought them on?

@Hannihar I still don't know the reason, but I realized that it wasn't made of face cream, but remains to be a face wash.

maybe it's hormonal. here's a link to an article about it.

Yes, I have heard that when pimples appear on the chin, it is often a sign that something is wrong with the hormones. Now I'll read your link.

It could be the heat. I use a lighter moisturizer when it’s hot out.

he face cream I took is very oily but I only use it at night. I didn't put it in for a few days and now I put it in to see if my skin will be in the pimple in the morning. Then I'll know if she's the reason.

@DianneN Oh God, today, because of you, I laugh all day. Thank you for that. Yes, I think I should accept that I am at puberty. Better than thinking I'm old.

I don't think it's an indicator of diseases.

Something was causing the pimples, just to understand what.
