HELLO. how are you guys? i really do miss spending time on mylot! i have been so busy these days, on visit mylot only to answer my notifications. and i miss interacting with you mylotters. i am so tired now, tomorrow i will be back active here, reading, responding to your discussion too!
now i wanna let you guys know that tonight i only had one cup of ice cream . still in the same mission (to lose some pounds) so i decided not to eat heavy food/meals. i didnt take a picture of it, so i will get you the picture i borrow from pixabay. i had a strawberry ice cream...

But ice cream has plenty of calories too so it will not really help you lose pounds.

Wow, that's delicious! I would like at this moment, which is early morning, to take about 1 liter of ice cream by myself and sit with my thoughts, there is no sad or happy way for ice cream, all the moments are good.

You know ice cream is fattening. Maybe one spoonful would of been better if you trying to lose weight. Good luck with your diet and limit those sweets
