Yeah it happen when i was working in company but its upto us that whom to give lift because sometimes we want privacy and they not understand where as if we refuse them they also make mind that they not interested but in actually we have other work.

It depends upon who is asking for a lift, Lift is not available to everyone 
but if I know that person would get it.
So you go by car or what ? Can I get a lift to-fro from my house to office
