Health Report - Day 44

The best news I heard all day yesterday was my friend telling me I'm looking skinnier. I can't wait to step on the scale next week.
I had a not so fun day at the fitness center. I need to talk to the trainer again about the treadmill. Somehow it gave me an increased workout. Every couple of minutes it was upping the speed. I can't do that. I found my safe range was 2.5. Anything higher than that caused more pain than I wanted to think about. I didn't have any trouble with the other machines.
I only did a cardio workout yesterday and will leave the strength training for next time. I didn't go to the Y this morning for two reasons. There was a Packers game on last night that got over late, and two and more importantly, after that workout in the fitness center yesterday, my knees were painful again this morning. However, I went to Wal-Mart and used a regular cart and walked the store for essentials. So, I got some exercise, though I don't know what that amounts to as I don't have a way to measure my walking. It was half an hour though, so that was good.
So, here are yesterdays numbers.
Calories: 1556
Sugar: 64.29
Carbs: 233.31
Protein: 77.65
Sodium: 1275
Fat: 36.5
Calories burned:
Swimming: 569
Bike: 2.4 M - 79
Treadmill: .18 Mile - 8 minutes -21.3
Elliptical: 5 Minutes - 42
Total calories burned: 711.3
Total calories: 844.7
I ate at the ADRC for lunch yesterday and needed to figure out the calories and numbers for what they served. I hope I'm high on the sodium count, but wouldn't be surprised if it's accurate. I'm okay with the other numbers. Today, I'll be doing my best to limit my sodium to the minimum.
How was your day yesterday for food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

It sounds like you had a successful day yesterday. I did OK with calories yesterday. I had some errands to run, so that was my exercise I guess.

@crazyhorseladycx I'm thinking about it. I know I would like one. I wish I could afford a Fitbit.

You still kept the calories down. Take it easy on the knees.

Your numbers are still looking good, from my point of view:) Another disciplined day of eating, with lots of exercise! If your knees are painful, that treadmill needs to be slowed down.

@kobesbuddy I'm sure I touched a button that caused it to increase speeds, but I don't know which one that would be.

@just4him She needs to hear that the treadmill needs to be adjusted, to one speed only.

I do yoga everyday and my food intake is low as usual. I don't need to cut on calories.

Sorry about the trouble with the treadmill! That's great about them telling you that, that's great news :) Hope you will see a good number on the scale! An old neighbor told me today that she thought I lost a lot of weight, which was nice to hear.

@just4him Yes, that is nice for sure! I think I have lost some since I have seen her last. My weight is up though because of water weight.
And no problem!

You pushed a wrong button as mine has a setting that does that. They can show you what one you need.
