Just got back from having dinner with some of the family for my nephews birthday. He hit the big 25
We all met at Buffalo Wild Wings, that is where he picked to have dinner. Although it would not have been my choice. I did enjoy getting with the family and catching up with everyone. Got to see mom and sisters which we usually see each other at least once a month but the nephew and two nieces (they are 23 and 20) I don't see them often. You know how it is when your in the early 20's you don't have time for your mom and dad let alone an uncle.
I have never been a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, I have always thought they were over priced for what you are getting. Today was no different.
I went with something simple, a Swiss cheeseburger and fries. I asked how big the burger is wondering if I should get a double or single. He said 7 ounce, I don't know about you but I could not imagine how big that might be. I decided I would just go with the single cause I didn't want to waste food. I should have went with the double.
He came with the burger and I thought it was one of those sample burgers. It didn't even fill the palm of my hand. I asked the server if he had accidentally ordered me the kids meal. There were not very many french fries on the plate either. He said no that is the adult plate. I looked around and I swore I turned into a giant, why was every ones meals so small?
I also ordered it with bacon and it didn't come with bacon, I had to ask 3 times to get some mustard. This tiny baconless burger cost me $10.99. The service was so slow and they screwed up 4 of the 10 meals. I was halfway done with my meal before he finally brought my drink that I had asked for about 4 or 5 times.
This was the worse service I have ever had there and the food was so small and really was not that good. It was very disappointing. I told the family that I was going to complain to the manager and they tried to talk me out of it. But I did it anyways.
I started off by telling the manager we already paid and I'm not looking for a hand out but wanted to tell him how disappointed I was with it and told him everything. He said "oh alright I will let the server know". I stood there for a second to see if he had anything else to say and he didn't. That really made me mad but I held my temper and just said, "Well, at least I see why the service lacked, because you could give a sh!!, you're not even going to say sorry or ask how you could improve" I just turned and walked away. I wont be going back there ever again.

I can understand. The party turns into a disaster if it is not managed properly

@amitkokiladitya I suppose it is, but I would rather have good company than good food.
