Can we lower high blood pressure naturally?

I just read of many ways to lower blood pressure in many easy ways - what about taking a short walk and breath deeply? Or drinking beetroot or apple juice? Or what about acupssure that you can do yourself? There are many ways to lower blood pressure.
When blood pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways, so it's important to know how to reduce It.

Right now I'm eating okra, one of those that helps lower blood pressure and cylium husk that i add in my coffee every morning.

So do I, trying to eat during about 8 hours most days.. and fasting .. I used to fast during several days with just fruit drinks and veg drinks - that was a long time ago

Very useful information as nowadays most of people have blood pressure issues and this article helpful for them. Mostly need to eat vegetables and fruits as its good for most of heath issues.

@mrki444 pH is about acidity and alkaline envirenment, but right pH may help our body, as many things are connected with our health.. It is interesting that cancer cells can't live in an alkaline envitonment..

@buenavida I think pH is not related to pressure. pH is related to acid in stomach.
