Do your days seem to just run together sometimes?

Lately my days just seem to run together. Perhaps from stress and lack of sleep.
Worry over waking up in time to have my urine sample ready for Mundo kept me from resting easy last night. He always comes between 7 and 8 am.
I tried to sleep after that for a bit but daughter was anxious to get to work and brought me coffee and ask what I wanted to eat for breakfast that we might have.
Told her actually I wasn't hungry and so wasn't picky 
She said think about it then while she ran to the store to get some bread for toast and bottled water. We try not to drink this water here since it comes out kind of brownish till it runs a while. Not sure if it's just this house or everyone in the neighborhoods since we really still don't know the neighbors except for the owner which we don't talk with that nasty slum lord. 
When daughter got back I heard her tell her bf she hoped she had enough gas to make it to work today as she don't get paid till tomorrow. So I insisted she take my last 5 dollars I've had in my purse for a few months. Don't want her walking home after work all day. 
I am still not sure if we get paid here on 15 th or if this is just the day they tally it up. Can't seem to make 5 dollars a month here anyway no matter how much I type but that's fine. Still love talking to friends. Thank God for one Angel friend on here that gives me what they make 
Also days run together when you are holding your breath for your pay day. Which Literally I am
trying to make my rescue inhaler last till after the 17 th 
which will be the 3 rd Wednesday in the month. that's when I get my social security check.
Good thing is I have lots to keep me occupied. 
Coming here and shows left over from yesterday on the internet.
and I did opt to have left over yellow rice and chicken from last night. Dinner for breakfast 
I can't afford to have food wasted these days as I know you can't either in these hard times. Not that crazy for yellow rice and not sure why they are ? Never even had it till I started living with this daughter a few years back. Wonder where the idea came from? It was quite good though today.
now if I was only able to nap. but usually can't .

Yes, all the days seem to be the same around here, except for everyone else's schedules as my husband and daughters all work. We have an app on our phones so we know who is doing what when. As for me, they pretty much know I'm always home unless it's grocery day or I have writing group. But I put my activities on the app so they know.
I can't do $5 a month here either. But I don't spend enough time here. Trying to get in a daily hour on the treadmill and then HOPE to get some editing done on my novel (but never do) takes up my day.

I am now understanding how important it is to watch your spending. Received my last paycheck a month ago. Had to make it stretch. Will receive a paycheck for a half a day that I was not paid for, but that will be used for gas in my car.
My first SS check will arrive on the 3rd of September. That will be used for rent and to pay our auto insurance. Times are tight now that I have retired. I sometimes think I should go back to work and retire in January. Then I listen to the sound of laughter from Little Miss and know I made the right decision.
I too am unable to make the golden $5 on here. Wondering if there are other ways to make a few extra bucks.

only other way I know is to join a few other places and even there you don't make a lot. If you are able maybe do what my daughter in Ohio does at times and make jellies and canned goodies to sell. she also makes natural soaps and some jewelry. I don't know. We are sinking quickly here also. I am considering another go fund me on facebook.

@ElusiveButterfly Survey Junkie is pretty easy to make $10 or $20 a month, especially since you have a small child, you will be eligible for more surveys. They pay when you have $10 in your account, well you have to ask for the money but you get it immediately. I like them quite well.

You aren't deceiving her, Anna, you are informing her. I told her the same thing. I was pretty sure it was this month that bugs decided to play early for those desiring to put in for the fund for Alex.
At least now I don't have to go looking to make sure my memory is serving. I was hoping someone else here remembered that too.

@Gillygirl I could not use my credit card and asked to a friend here to pay for me and I paid him through PayPal. I told him exactly the same thing. I see people here talking all the time about their money and their expensive life and they did not even offered 1$. I was upset.

Bonnie what you earn before midnight on the last day of the month will be paid on or before the 15th of the next month. You earn from how we interact with you, not from your typing. Yes, when I am not working, my days run together a lot. Or when I was waiting all the time for hubby to be better. Yellow rice has herbs or spices to make it yellow. I do not blame you. I do not like to waste food either.

most of us can no longer afford more food so it's urgent not to waste it.

I hope you had a better payout this time. The more time we spend here the more we can interact.. when you've so many levels of interactions, you will see the dollar to rise. But, I also accept and take that as secondary.. Here meeting good people matters.. the networking is an awesome part over here.

Hope everything goes well for you. I usually enjoy making me rice with an added bouillion cube and I always put in some turmeric which is very healthy and it also makes the rice turn yellow

I know that the older I get, the faster the days go by. It is always Thursday. What happened to the other days?
That is terrible that you can't get your inhaler. We ate leftovers for breakfast all the time. You have to eat what you have so it does not go bad.

Typically we are paid by the fifteenth but didn't everyone already get their July money the first of this month? I may make it for August since I haven't made it in quite awhile. I'm pretty sure if you made enough in July you already got it.

@bunnybon7 meaning tour still trying to get the initial five dollars for this month? I'm not there yet either although I recently rolled up to 4.91 or so. How close are you?
I have family visiting for the weekend from AZ so I won't be here much this weekend but hopefully the last seven cents will work itself out ok.

I really have to push myself to stay any little bit upbeat. I have a couple of friends here that has really helped me more then anyone to stay together and survive it all.

If I know I have to get up early for something I have a hard time sleeping as well.
Our water has rust in it and it runs out dark like that and smells funny so I have a filter on the line. I always run it a few minutes before filling a pitcher of water for the day though.
I love yellow rice and so do my kids!

@bunnybon7 we have a well and it has always been this way. My grandfather and grandmother lived here and drank it that way their whole lives but I hated the taste and imagine it isn't good for us to drink rust so my children's father put the filter on.

seems all water is contaminated any more. When I was growing up and even in my 40's the water was never like that. I don't think it is in Ohio these days yet either. only some places in the world. obviously we are not being careful with this planet we live on. glad it hasn't hurt your body yet

You have a slumlord too? Must be their all over the place as my sister has one also. She always threatens to turn them into cooperate before they will do anything with the apartment.
That was nice of you to give your daughter money so she wouldn't have to walk home from work - I am sure she appreciated that. I know what it's like to be low on funds and not having gas money. I always loan my sister money for gas when I know she's broke and needs to get to work. That's what family is for! Hope your able to get that nap in and have a great day ahead!
