I managed to tackle a lot today on MyLot. Could have done much better but I did enough to make me content.
I can't remember if I said but I recently got a brand new bed. It's bigger and so much more comfortable. This will be my 4th night sleeping on it but so far I've had no neck or back pain which is amazing.
I didn't mean to post three discussions in a row and make it look like I'm leaving you all hanging. I just wanted to quickly give the updates on my dad and Nan so I can go to bed as I'm very tired. Thank you in advance for those who have answered. I promise I will answer you all tomorrow.

@VivaLaDani13 I don’t get very many notifications so it shouldn’t be to hard to catch up. I wound up babysitting my niece today but am popping on whenever I get a few minutes.

Having the right mattress helps a lot preventing back pain and neck pain. I try to sleep on the side ( not on my back and not on my front). I try to keep my neck straight. I have recently got back being active at mylot. I missed it.
