Tenderloin vs Rib Eye

What's the difference and which do you prefer among these steak cuts? Personally, I love ribeye steak. It should be done medium rare to preserve the tenderness and the juicy taste. Ooohhh man. I'm craving for steak.

There is nothing better than a perfectly cooked rib eye and you won't catch me messing up the flavor with some kind of sauce.

Personally, I can only afford a steak dinner when it's payday. LOL I love lamb as well.

Tenderloin is the most tender and expensive of steaks. My husband prefers it and likes it done medium.

My favorite is fillet mignon which is a type of beef tenderloin. So juicy, that one has my vote!

I prefer ribeyes steak. I only use tenderloin for a fondue bourguignonne.
