Well the pizza I ordered through food panda sucked and after lots and lots of waiting it finally ruined my dinner.The pizza was not fresh yet somehow raw too with no proper toppings.i complained the app and they compensated in a way that they asked not to pay for it but anyhow it wasn't what I expected to be delivered.

I never thought foodpanda does even listen to complaints....atleast you got compensated thats a sign of some less risk....sorry to know your appetite got suffered...I did somehow try to precaution you but ig it was after you already ordered

@amnabas yeah still sad it wasn't a help on time....maybe try golootlo next time if you visit personally or use the online ordering from the restaurants website... Broadway usually doesn't mess up orders or deliver cold...

It is a shame! When you are hungry, you want to eat something good. To tell you not to pay for it was not enough compensation.

I have had that happen a few times. I did complain once, got the pizza free (though it was burnt and tossed out the crust) and was able to get store credit..
It does ruin our mood/meal. :(

I am sorry that it ruined your dinner. After so much waiting only to have a pizza that was disgusting, I would have been upset too.
