Finally got some cleaning done

Finally got some cleaning done today. I dusted the organizer shelves and the furniture and then vacuumed the floors and then dry swiffered them. Realistically, the floors should now be either wet swiffered or washed with water and a mop. But I am beat so will not do it.
There is still other stuff to clean like sinks, toilets, mirrors and bathtub and shower. But that I can do a different day. It's the dust that had to go the most. I always wonder why the rooms that are frequently used have so much never-ending dust and the rooms we hardly use have much less. Are we dust magnets?
I wish hubby would help me clean but he never does. Doesn't even offer to help or say that we have to clean the house. And it's not like we live in a tiny apartment. We live in a three-story house with a basement. That's four floors to clean. I hate cleaning! But it has to be done! And I shouldn't have to do it alone.

Usually dusts are accumulating when the place is inhabited, or the residential house is near the dusty road. But your room is frequently used. Well, we're carrying dust in your clothes in our hair, body. Aren't we?

I never thought that we carry dust in our body and hair or clothes unless we accidentally come in contact with dust.

@lovebuglena I am pointing that out for those are possibilities. Is your house near the road? Near the mountain? Couldn't you think of any possibilities? If there's none, you'll be compelled to dust it your house.

But mine isn't even saying we need to clean.

I didn't get my cleaning done yesterday because I didn't feel good. I will be cleaning tomorrow though.

When we first moved into this house some years ago he'd himself just start cleaning. Didn't even ask for my help. That quickly changed and now he hardly ever cleans or offers to help. It's all on me. And if I don't clean we live in a dirty house.

I'm hoping to get my husband's second cousin to come in and help us with the cleaning. We can't do it anymore. Dust is never-ending.

Yeah. It's like you just dusted and it's already back.

That can be a good idea. Or singing while cleaning.

He came home yesterday and told me thanks for cleaning. I don't want a thank you. I want help. And it wasn't eve full cleaning. After dry swiffering all the floors gotta wash with water and a mop... and other things need to get done as well. No desire for it.

Dusting shelves is much less work than dusting all the floors. I'd rather wash dishes than clean the house.
