I decided a few weeks back after trying the smaller cup. I means menstrual cup if you don’t know what is that’s okay there is a picture of what it looks like. I tried it out and liked it but I leaked a lot, and was a bit small. I wasn’t 100 sure if the size was the issue till I got the second one which I got a large to try out. Having more then one cup never hurts. I got them in different colors so I would know which one was which. So yesterday I had to start using my new cup. I gave it a quick clean before using. This one seems a much better fit me. Haven’t leaked much just a little from placement but nothing like last time.

It sounds like the bigger cup is better is choice for you. I have no experience with them, and I not sure which size to pick if I ever buy one.

@Porcospino it’s easy to forget that it’s in.

It’s based off of it you have had a child or not. Bigger is normally for if you have had a child. Smaller for if you haven’t. But I have a small uterus so I thought smaller one might be the better choice but I leaked a lot.

I didn’t hear about it till a few years ago but I never tried it till last month. It’s nice when you find the right fit and how to put it in.

As someone that has never used a tampon in her life the cups are not bad. They just expand to your natural on cervix. Pretty easy to use and you don’t have to spend much every month.

You can find them online. Not hard but I got mine from wish since it was cheaper than ways but works just fine.
