I have this one that I've used for calculating a lot of stuff. But yesterday it just ran out of batteries. Though other people out there already use apps of calculator in their phone, i literally still have this one. I wonder if i just buy a new one or just replace the batteries? Have a nice day

Of course, they follow the rules for when you do in math unlike quite a few of the apps on phones. And in classes (I teach math and physics) calculators beat phones, 'cause there's a lot of things you can't do on a calculator.

@Letranknight2015 Simple calculators are quite cheap, so it might be cheaper to get a new calculator. Maybe one with solar panels? I've got one like that, works like a charm.

Hello @Torunn My concern now is the battery, I haven't inquire this type of battery yet. Maybe I would just resort to new calculator instead.

@Letranknight2015 Probably because with calculators you can just pick them up and use it and with your phone you have to open your password & search for calculator lol.

Hello @brokenbee I don't have time to solve it manually most of the time. maybe the battery was even more expensive.

@Letranknight2015 I'm actually not sure if you can replace batteries for calculators. I've never been in that position. I sometimes use a calculator like you have or I will use my phone or laptop.

Hello @VivaLaDani13 Maybe I'll just buy a solar one, I got a bad feeling this battery will end up being expensive.
