Today we broke a 122-year-old record.
Fear not, vinyl fans, not that kind of record.
It’s a meteorological record.
The previous record high temperature for this date was 98. Today we hit 99.
Maybe we broke more records than Toto! Or we’re home to the Barbara Feldon fan club!

Yes, John’s on his annual September vacation.
Barbara Felton wasn’t as cool as Diana Rigg...and didn’t have the dashing Patrick Macnee to play opposite. But, on the other hand, Mel Brooks didn’t create The Avengers.

Yeah, you got me, I was a bit scared for a second. 
99 in September in Louieville, haha, well that is scary. As they say in military smoke them if you got them we all going to die soon. I am not right I tell you. We at 79 said high was supposed to be 84. Hold off on smoking we may live after all false alarm.

The record high for Thursday is 100, so it isn’t unheard of. Just not too enjoyable.

@FourWalls Yeah that is crazy hot for you guys, That humidity is a beast and insects are so bad when it gets like that too. We visited a rest stop in Iowa. I thought it was the rapture. Bugs everywhere, luckily most of them were sticking to the treeline. I was like that is straight insane. That is something you do not see in California. Think that was a September month too.
