Are you smelling my seafood risotto?

I´m cooking a delicious seafood risotto in spite of being different from the one I cook at home. I bought frozen seafood (different from the ones at home) and did not find some of the veggies I add. I did not find bunch onions, so I´m using red onions. We´ll see. I could only get a Cha rdonnay white wine and I use Cabernet Sauvignon. But the aroma is delicious in spite of using also a pot instead of the wok I have at home. Wish me luck!
