Time is really fast. It is almost October again. I am sitting here Mylotting for more than 2 hours now. I am using our computer as my Ipad is charging. I don´t want to waste time as I was not here the whole afternoon.
I was food shopping and did some errands. Then I was chatting with my friend who lives in Bavaria. My friend and I talked for an hour and arranged a weekend together in their place. I am looking forward to that.
Now, I have to end my post as I am already having a stiff neck caused by writing online with our computer. I have to do a neck exercise and sit on the massage chair for a few minutes.
Do you get a stiff neck sitting in front of your computer for at least an hour? I do. There is also a feeling of pins and needles in my hands. Time to say Goodnight! Have a blessed weekend everyone!

Yes, me too @TiarasOceanView. I have now a kitchen alarm on my desk to remind me of having a break from Mylotting.

Carpel Tunnel causes needles and pins, in the hands. With a laptop, a person looks down to type. With a desktop we look up, at the screen. I hope your neck is better, Thelma:) I will pray for you.

I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome but scoliosis which cause this problem. My neck is better now after sleeping. I will put an alarm for myself to take a break from online writing or reading. Thank you @kobesbuddy. Have a nice weekend.

@thelme55 I had no idea that scoliosis affected your hands. But, the back and shoulders do affect the hands, for sure.

@kobesbuddy It seems that it is affected as when I have a stiff neck, my hands are cribbling and pins and needles as well.

You have stiff neck in the morning? Maybe that is the result of not sleeping in the right position. I have that sometimes.@Letranknight2015 Enjoy your weekend.

It is recommended that you take a break every 20 minutes. Make sure you computer is not too high, too low or out of comfortable reach ! hope you feel better soon!

I am better now but I have to put on the alarm clock for that. My computer is just right as I have put a cushion on my chair. Thank you for the idea @garymarsh6

I'm sorry you get a stiff neck from sitting at the computer. I'm sure I would too if I used my regular bifocals instead of my computer glasses.
