SO Worth It!

Today I got myself an early 60th birthday present. Pretty dang early, if you ask me, given that my birthday isn't for seven more months! However, given the pain that's been bothering me in my back, neck, shoulders, and arms lately, I didn't think I should wait until "the big day" to get it. I bought myself a new bed. A really fancy new bed. A really expensive fancy new bed. I got a Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable base. The down side is that I have a payment for the next 24 months. However, it's "same as cash," or 0% financing for 24 months, so that's not all that bad. The benefits? Being able to adjust the bed to help my back, my legs, my arms, my shoulders, my asthma, my GERD, and my sleep apnea. Yep, that's worth it. Oh, and speaking of "worth it," I have LifeLock, the credit monitoring service. While I was sitting in the store my phone pinged. It was LifeLock, telling me that a new credit account was being processed in my name and asking, "Is this you?" I clicked "yes" so the process could go through (and I could get that nice 24 months with 0% interest deal). Had I clicked "no" the credit application would have come back denied. That is worth it as well!!! My new bed will be here Sunday. I might be coming to you from the bed on the iPad for a few days. Here's a great song with "bed" in the title, by the Cruzados:
