Good Morning

What a beautiful morning it is here in sunny Florida. This morning when I awoke it was in the 70's. We were able to sit in the screen room for a couple of hours without becoming overheated. I am so looking forward to cooler weather.
Friday two of my dearest friends came to visit. They taught in the same ESE hall as I did. Through the years we became steadfast friends. It was lovely to be able to see them again. We had a wonderful time catching up in person rather than on the phone.
I haven't been around much lately, But...here I am once again. You can't keep me down for long. I have tried to keep up with the notifications even though I haven't really been writing.

good mornin'! glad y'all got to visit, gettin' to do such'n person 'tis diff'rent than those phone conversations. cooler here this morn, too. not likin' this 'rrival 'f autumn 'n cooler temps. keep hopin' the sun'll come out from hidin' 'hind the clouds 'n lend me that warmth i so crave.

@HazySue fer certain! i'd so love to trade with ya, hon. the body jest dislikes these cooler temps. i've fingers crossed they're correct (those weather folk) that october'n november 'tis to be warmer'n norm.

@crazyhorseladycx I think I am over having all this hot weather. I need it to be cooler, at least in the 60's. That would be nice and comfy for me. Hope you get to keep the warmer weather.

I write every day, but usually the discussions are shallow and meaningless. We are having rain today, which is fine with me. I'm glad your weather is cooler and very comfortable! I'm gonna look up one of my old friends, today:)

@HazySue I try to be very honest and open, on My Lot. It is interesting, to find out what everyone is up to, from day to day. Plus, there are members that have health issues. We can be there for one another, when things in life seem overwhelming
