It has been quite a hotter than normal summer here with many record breaking temps here with last Wednesday hitting a 102F braking the record for that September date by 6 degrees, In fact we fell 3 days short thanks to a overcast day on Thursday from reaching a record of consecutive days of being above 90 plus degrees (F). which made almost the whole summer hot even before you add the heat index. It has been years since I have been to see a doctor and there ere people in my home fellowship group that were trying to get me to go to the ER to be checked for why I was gaining weight rapidly, being short of breath and fatigue. But I felt OT to go to the ER and GOD did lead me to where to go. I found a free clinic that if you were a certain level below the poverty level everything that is done there is free which includes blood work, exams and your medication which they fill most in their own little pharmacy. (IT is run by all volunteers including the doctors, dentist, eye doctor. They even do some out patient surgery. I saw the doctor last Wednesday and after being examined and a couple other tests including EKGit was determined I the doctor said my thyroid was lazy which I suspected and that I was not diabetic or several other issues which I I thank GOD for, So now I am on thyroid medicine and have a year approved for this clinic which I would have to go through the qualification process again, but I would be less than a month when medicare should kick inBut I am covered for this year which I am thankful I will just make sure I have enough medication at thetime til medicate/caid kicks in in October. Now if only the weather would cool down quicker instead of later. The first visit was to qualify which I did and given paper work to get blood drawm before seeing a doctor a week later

Hoping that your body will readjust once you're on the thyroid medication. Yes, it's been too hot over much of the south and east coast. And today is the first day of fall (Monday). Have a good day.
