Picked up the Crutches

Yesterday I was told to bring the moringa oil to my brother's house. Mom said he couldn't get up. Turns out he experienced another gout attack from his last trip were he could only eat meat. Sadly, he had to postpone his trip to Thailand were he supposed to work for an entire year. Better deal with that health problem before going anywhere. Sadly, I'm suffering from light gout attack myself. Have a nice day

Oh it seems it runs in the family. I had one gout attack many years ago and so far it has not bothered me again after I took some medicines and changed my diet for a while. I got my one leg frozed that I could not bend it anymore for a week. But it looks like the medicine worked on me that it has not bothered me ever since.

@Letranknight2015 Well I just lessened consumption of beans, nuts and fatty foods at the time. The doctor said my gout has not developed further. It may just be some kind temporary still and may show up again later in my age.

That's a shame your brother can't go to Thailand. I hope he, and you, recover soon.

Hello @JudyEv he needs to recover first and he should have been adamant about not eating meat.

I've recently heard of two other people (friends of friends) having gout. Hope you and your brother get some relief soon.

I’m so sorry you are both suffering from gout. Health comes first and hopefully your brother will get well soon and get to Thailand for his work.

I had gout and rheumatism many years ago and started doing research to find out natural ways to get healthy. Started with changing my diet and then I found natural foods, like Tahitian Noni - I took the juice and was free from the aches that used to be very painful, within a month. Got connection with Neolife, witch works with Stanford University, and have been using the information for over 20 years, I am free from aches and pains since beginning of 1990s - and - don't know if this can help you, but I'm happy to help others, if I can..
