Early tomorrow we leave for a day in Manhattan to see our son, his wife, and our grandkids.
Our job is to take our granddaughter and grandson out for the entire afternoon while our son and his wife prepare a delicious holiday dinner for us. It’s our Jewish holiday, the first night of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.
All I know is that our son and grandson will be in Philadelphia for my grandson’s ice hockey game and will return around 11:00am. We will be given a list of places to go with the kids.
Not that the photo has anything to do with my post, but other than loving the look, who the heck wears high heels on a boat?
I will see you after services on Monday. And in a few minutes we leave for dinner with some friends. Enjoy your Sunday!

Its Sunday here and i am sure you enjoyed dinner with friends. Its really a great time to spend with grandchildren as a grand child i spent many time with my grand parent and there were many memories i have. Hope you have a great Sunday with you family and see you on Monday.

I'm sure you must be so excited to meet your loved ones. I hope you will have fun with your grandchildren. Anyway, it's really nice photo you provide in your post, but I don't think any women will wear high heels on a boat.

I do love that outfit too but ya high heels on a boat don't really go together. Have a great time with your family and enjoy your day with the grandchildren. Enjoy the holiday. Looking forward to hearing all about it the next time you get to check in.

@Nakitakona We have dinner before sunset, go to our synagogue, then fast for 24 hours. It’s our day of atonement when we repent for our sins.

I hope that you will have a lovely time with your granddaughter and grandson. Good luck for your son with making an excellent meal for all of you.
