Balcony sliding door finally installed after attempt #3

Yesterday was attempt #3 to install a balcony sliding door at our house. The first attempt, they couldn't install the door because Home Depot sent the frame in the wrong size. The second attempt, they couldn't install the door, and therefore didn't even come to us, because Home Depot never delivered the correct frame to us. The third attempt was scheduled for October 2nd. I called on October 1st to confirm the appointment and the time window. I was told they would arrive between 7 & 10 am. I woke up around 6:15 am just in case they ended up coming around 7 am. When it was almost 10 am and no one showed up I called to find out if someone is indeed coming to install the damn door. I was told the time window is 7 - 11 am. Of course, no one showed up, so I called again. I was told they are held up at a previous install but are definitely coming. When I asked approximately how long until they would come to us, the rep said she had no idea but gave me the installation guy's cell just in case. I waited and waited... It was already 4 pm but no one showed up. I tried calling again to complain but no one was picking up, so I called the guy. He didn't pick up but then called me right back to say he is on his way to us. Most of the day wasted. It is very unprofessional. If a customer is given a time window for the appointment, the people have to come during that time. And if they are held up somewhere the customer should be notified. If I knew they'd be coming closer to 5 pm, I'd have left the house and done what I needed to do and returned in time for the install. And I woke up super early for nothing.
