A roasted chicken for lunch.

Before I opened the laptop, I talked to Daniel over a cup of coffee. Then I went to place the chicken in the oven, with salt, pepper and lots of butter.
I don´t yet know what I will cook as a side dish. I could just heat the leftover white rice. But Daniel brought yesterday some chard and I could make a creamy chard with cream and plenty of Parmesan cheese. Or I could have some mashed potatoes to go with it.
What are you having for lunch?

Pretty much any side dish should go well with your roasted chicken

I made a nice breakfast for Daniel. I just had fruit and coffee. But then I had the chicken, potatoes with butter and lettuce.
