Worked on My Limerick Manuscript Today

I worked on my limerick manuscript again today. I reformatted it and then made some edits. I intended to publish the book today but I feel like I have to look over the manuscript again before doing so. I could've made some typos while editing and moving stuff around. My eyes are tired and my head is heavy so I think it is best to leave it for tomorrow. Besides, mom wants me to come over... I haven't seen her in a while. One of the things I hate about publishing a book is knowing when to call it quits when it comes to proofing and editing. This could be a never-ending process. Sucks that I won't get the book done today but I don't have a deadline so it's not that big a deal.

It's better that you're happy with it before you publish. It will be soon!

That is so true. Especially since I am not tied to a contract. I can take all the time I need or want.

@lovebuglena If you hurry through and then aren't happy, it's going to cost you more, I'm assuming?

Don't worry about getting the book process completed today, you have been working very hard and it's better to be secure than in a hurry, we don't want it to be published with some mistake because it slipped

Some typos always go unnoticed no matter how many times a person proofs the manuscript. Even top best-selling authors have a few typos in their books.

Thank you! I don't know if I have a huge talent for writing limericks but I enjoy writing them. My friend has written thousands of them. He got me into it.
