Was it addressed to you by name? Is your email address on the NRCC database (to the best of your knowledge)? OK, So where did it REALLY come from (you do know how to look at an email header, I hope! - if you don't, see below:

@myklj999 The way I would do it would be to copy the URL into Word (or similar), highlight it and select 'Change Case - 'All Caps' or 'All Lowercase'.. Most wordprocessing packages have this facility.
