Good morning.Up and early here. This is the highlight of the foliage here in NH. The long weekend will bring in many tourists to see the splendor of colors the weather is mixed.But will not ruined their holidays. As you can see some of the colors in our school house. enjoy the day and get out there before this ends.

The best thing about autumn time which you call the fall is the color of the tree leaves and the golden leaves on the ground which crunch when people walk on them. The trees look amazing behind the school house. I hope all the tourists enjoy seeing the colors on the trees.

@amadeo Yes, these tourists will give money to the local economy. I went on plane to Latvia a few years ago. The autumn scenery was lovely with the golden leaves and the plane up as a shadow.

Your colours look beautiful, I love this time of the year. We still have more green then not in our foliage, but the leaves will start turning now as the nights are getting cooler.

Oh what a beautiful photo! I only recall two times when I saw foliage like that in real life - when the colorful leaves were blowing gently sideways across our view as we drove along a neighborhood street in the mountains of Southern California. Then there was a time when we lived on a street where one tree in particular had that color foliage. I have never forgotten those 2 times as they seemed magical when all I am normally used to seeing is palm trees and tropical foliage.
