Screaming Cat!

What could be the problem of my cat; could she be hungry or does not feel well?
She tore one of our window screen to gain entry inside our room. I fed her but she just ate a little then whine again.
I thought she might be "in heat;" but she was already spayed a long time ago. Could some vets here explain this thing?

Yes, next week when we will have her anti-rabies injection.

A cat screams like when almost fighting and threatening another cat.
Your cat seems to need some attention. Did the cat do her needs ? Does she have a place to dig in the ground and cover ? Maybe the cat has pain somewhere ?
Can you please describe her screams ?

I guess she is in "heat" and wanted some attention from another cat.

Cats can yawn at each other harder and harder until their anger explodes and they fight, and scratch.
