What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us!
I am hungry but nothing in the fridge or freezer seems appealing so I am having pasta. What is interesting about it is that it is brown rice and quinoa pasta instead of traditional wheat pasta. My parents brought it for me from Trader Joe's. I will top it with a little tomato sauce and some grated Parmesan cheese and that will be dinner.
That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!

I used a couple of pieces from the multigrain loaf of bread topped with cheese, cured ham and sliced tomato with diced hot pepper. Then I placed it in the oven until the cheese was melted.

I am mostly so boring tonight that it hurts. Just baked spud, garbanzo beans with green pepper and chard on the side. Cheese on the tators with plain yogurt. Maybe some kind of fruit. AND I caved and went to a store that has bulk items. Hubby has been craving candy corn. Some of that stuff leaped into my cart all by itself- an October happening, you know?

I made myself some kasha (buckwheat) with mushroom sauce
