All sorted out....

One phone call and I had to change and reschedule so many plans for the week. I received this call in the afternoon.
It was from a very special therapist. She deals with PEP program ( Perception Enrichment Program) and is only one who is doing it in India. So she is in demand and all her sessions are always booked. To get an appointment you need to call her months before.
So this call came to tell me that the appointment for my younger daughter can be fixed from tomorrow as one of the slots has got free as the person can not travel from other city. So if I wish I could take that. My daughters appointment was in April 2020 but I was not so happy as April is generally my vacation time. So I readily accepted it.
This is a 10 hour session and continues for 10 days.. One hour each day. I have been taking my daughter to her for last seven years and it has helped her tremendously with her dyslexia. She enjoys it and looks forward to it.
Despite of her demand, this therapist is the most humble person and so down to earth. Her fees is so nominal and she even offers free ones to needy ones.
We got the appointment for 1:30_2:30 in the afternoon. And that made me do a lot of changes in my plans. A few phone calls and mails were made and all got sorted out.
I called the principal and class teacher to change the timing of my session for next two weeks. So it has been shifted from 12:30_2 in afternoon to 9_10:30 in morning.
Then a mail to school of my daughter was written. I also called the teacher to inform that for next two weeks I will picking up my daughter before lunch time. They agreed to it. They have always been supportive.
And finally I called my help to collect the keys of the house early in the morning or take it from my friends house if I am not there. She has to finish the work when I am not there.
Now all sorted out. I can go to sleep peacefully.
It's a long drive to the therapist. Tomorrow I am hiring a cab. I have not been to that side in a year. Heard that lots of construction work is going on in that area. So I felt it's better to take a cab first day and then see if I can drive from next day.
So it's a long day tomorrow. I need to catch up some good night sleep.
Good night

@LadyDuck Yes. There is no direct bus. And changing a few is quite inconvenient. Anyway, today I drove. I know the way now.

Yes. I did realize that it is tough to drive. There is a lot of diversion due to construction work. I am not so used to the place. I will take can for few more days. I need to remember the new route.
Cab is quite expensive as it is pretty far.

@arunima25 It will save mental stress until you are sure you know the best way to go.

Yes it went well. Though the long distance made us tired. Taxi is an expensive affair. But good that we took it. A lot of diversion due to construction work and also clogging of traffic. I need to remember the new route. So I will take cab for couple of days till I get that.

@arunima25 You are very lucky. My school wouldn't have been so supportive to have me leave.

@DianneN Well before joining them, I had mentioned these things. I am a part time there and so they can accommodate it. When I worked full time, my colleagues helped my class when I was away.
