Will Sell Old CPU's, Electronic Wires to the Recycling Market

This morning I hauled out two old computer CPU's that crowded a nook in my son's room. They are the old style, big computer CPU's. It is good a mall has a recycling market where we can take our electronic products that we wanted to dispose. I will also take there the busted mouse, computer cables, etc. At least the room would have extra space, and I can earn a few pesos from it.

At the SM Mall; they have a recycling market I think every Saturday. It is part of their social responsibility.

That is good that you can still get a few Pesos from the old gadgets that you have. We just throw them here even if it is still functioning.

They recycle it too; get the precious metals in it and maybe recycle the plastic.

@cacay1 Yes, that is because we don´t have a repair shop and repairing a machine or a tv is more expensive than buying a new one.

I think they will get the important metals in it; then recycle the plastics, etc. Good we can still turn them into cash, but of course, very little amount.

You can take it there; I just don't know the schedule when they buy it. At SM malls.

That's a great idea. We have quite a few bits and pieces of electronic gear that I'd like to get rid of.

You can dispose and earn from it; or you can give to people who still needs them.

All the electric and electronic stores here are obliged to take back those things, it's the law.

@acelawrites We pay a very small amount called "recycle tax" when we buy everything electric and electronic and we can bring what is broken to any store that sells electric stuff and electronics.

It is one purpose; I had those CPU's occupying a corner and they're getting dust and some "occupants" too!

It lessens the bulk to be dumped at the dumping sites; they recycle it.

Am glad about it; also I thought of minimalism; to save space, also to help the environment by lessening the waste dumped in the dumping sites.
