I feel I am masochist. I would be a lot happier if I had Horatio Caine or another such show there. But I must listen to what everybody is saying about what is happening. And my fears have been confirmed. The people who are not watching the curfew in low income neighborhoods are demanding better wages, smaller water bills and many other things.
I don´t know what will happen and how this will end.
Claudia just called me saying that she would not bring her children to my house. Rafael will stay home with them.
I´m sorry that all my posts have to be about this, but this is the most important problem we have had in my country since Pinochet.

That is all right with me since what happens in my home country needs to shared here since the politicians around the world do not seem to care for needy people.

@Deepizzaguy I just call it power. Power is evil per se.

@marguicha It stinks that an evil power seems to want to destroy our lives.

I am sorry you are going through this. I can't even imagine how awful it must be.

It seems that this awful violence for the rise of fees in the Metro is just the last straw for many people that have been having a very bad life.

@marguicha People will only take so much before they start fighting back.

@Happy2BeMe That is right. But it took us a long time to fight against Pinochet. I think part of it all has been a long time of problems and I also think that vandalism is not done by the workers.

I will stay home. And I´m waiting for Claudia to come home. She had to go to work as she is a judge.

Violence is never a solution. It hurts me to know your country is going through this. I will send some loving, positive vibes to your country.

I understand you friend, Venezuela has time with these problems but the government does not do anything about it and the one who goes out to protest simple is imprisoned and with charges that will never leave jail, I really hope you find your country a quick solution without going to older .

We had not had such problems for a long time. But there are economic problems that the governments have not solved.
